TERMS OF SERVICES
please read the following before commissioning me
~these are the guidelines and policies of the commission process ~
General Terms
first of all, thank you so much for considering to commission me, your patronage is surely appreciated ♡
as a commissioner, you are expected to follow the terms listed below in a modest manner. With a polite attitude and a open mind and heart so we could avoid any issues and conflicts during this process. if such misunderstandings arise i have the right to say no and decline your commission.
commissioner will be receiving a digital good no physical item will be shipped
digital good is expected to be saved by the commissioner once received, and the original file will be deleted after while.
Payment
^payments will be made accordingly, International clients will pay in USD (US Dollar) and local clients will be paying in PHP (Philippine Peso) ^there will be an initial payment of 50% of the total and discussed price before I, artist will start on any work. Pay as soon as possible or your slot will be voided.transaction are to be made via Paypal or Ko-fi for international clients. If possible for local clients, the mode of payment can be done via Gcash, if proffered not to, it is understandable.PLEASE WAIT TILL I SEND AN INVOICE, or A PAY ME LINK FOR PAYPAL !!!
Cancelation + Refunds
you may request a refund if only I failed to deliver your commission within the discussed time. There will be no refunds if everything is still within the time frame or if you have already received the illustration.Cancelation of commission in the middle of the process will result to a 50% fee of the discussed price.
PROCESS + TIME FRAME
a batch will estimately be completed within 3 months, the turn around time of order will be within 2 weeks, after sketches and drafts have been approved.depending on who has commissioned first; the commission has been discussed, payments have been settled and approved, I will work on the slots by chronological order.~I am still a student, but i do my best to work on commissions as soon as possible. If there are no school works to do or classes to attend to, all my chores and outside commitments have been settled, I will be able to work on the commissions faster. ~
if there is failure to delivery the commissions within the time frame, commissioners will be notified

WIPS + EDITS
WIPs (Work in Progress) can be requested once work is actually done.sketches/rough drafts will be sent in order to finalize details such as pose, perspective and compositions and etc. before moving on to making the major changes.once commission is done, before sending the final work, some edits can be requested if there are any that will be free of charge (color correction, or missing a detail) major revisions that will be requested such as pose, composition and over all color of the whole illustration will be fined a 20% fee of the discussed price.
COPYRIGHT + USAGE POLICY
All commissions are for PERSONAL USE only.^The commissioner is the only one who can repost the work as long as with proper credit and a watermark. The work is not to be printed and be sold without proper discussion with me, the artist. ^As the artist, I am allowed to use the art for advertising/portfolio purposes. (Samples, Commission sheets)
